These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sahih Islam mobile application (com.sahihislam.app), websites, and associated spiritual tools provided by the Sahih Islam team ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using Sahih Islam, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Reverence and Acceptable Conduct

Sahih Islam contains sacred Quranic scripture, authentic prophetic Hadiths, and religious educational material. Users agree to:

• Use the platform with reverence and respect for Islamic tradition.
• Never use the application for blasphemous, defamatory, unlawful, obscene, or fraudulent purposes.
• Never attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or inject malicious code into the application.

2. Authenticity of Religious Content

We strive tirelessly to ensure that all Quranic Arabic script, transliterations, translations, and Hadith gradings (Sahih, Hasan, Da'if) are sourced strictly from renowned, authoritative, and scholar-verified classical publications. However, translations and interpretations represent human efforts. In matters of formal Islamic jurisprudence (Fatwa) or legal decrees, believers should always consult qualified local Islamic scholars.

3. Accounts and Security

To unlock certain features such as cloud bookmark synchronization, reading analytics, or Pro subscriptions, you may create an account using verified authentication (Email or Google Sign-In). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Paid Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & Pricing

We offer optional paid subscriptions and passes, including:

• Introductory ₹2 Pro Special: A promotional, non-renewing introductory trial pass granting 30 days of full Pro access for first-time users (single payment, zero recurring charges).
• Ad-Free Basic (₹20/month): 100% ad-free Islamic browsing, removing all AdMob banner and interstitial ads.
• Progress Plus (₹60/month): Ad-free browsing plus exclusive premium themes (Emerald Gold, Midnight Blue, Desert Rose) and lifetime persistent progress history across all months.
• Sahih Pro Monthly (₹159/month): Complete spiritual suite with unlimited AI Mufti queries, offline high-quality audio recitations, advanced analytics, and zero ads.
• Sahih Pro 6-Month (₹800 / 6 months): Half-yearly devotion bundle saving 16% (₹133/month).
• Sahih Pro Annual (₹1,500 / year): Uninterrupted full-year spiritual suite at best value (₹125/month).
• Halal Business Seller Suite (₹50 / 6 months): Enables halal merchant listings and community promotions.

Prices are clearly stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable statutory taxes. We reserve the right to revise pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Subscription Billing, Cancellation & Auto-Renewal

Auto-renewing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through Google Play Store Subscriptions (or via your web account) with zero cancellation fees. Once cancelled, your Pro benefits remain active until the end of your paid billing period.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The compilation, original user interface designs, custom iconography, software code, and curated translations are the exclusive intellectual property of Sahih Islam and protected under copyright laws. The divine words of the Holy Quran and classical prophetic traditions belong to the public domain of the global Muslim Ummah.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we endeavor to provide uninterrupted service and millimeter-accurate prayer calculations and Qibla compass orientations, mobile compass sensors and GPS signals depend on device hardware and environmental magnetic interference. The app is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of Sahih Islam are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
